PAYMENT POLICY
If you are using the payment gateway to pay online using Debit/Credit Card or Net banking, then you are doing so with the consultation/approval of the card owner/account holder (if in case you are not the card holder/account holder yourself). We care about the safety and security of your transaction. We do not store credit card details nor do we share Donors details with any third parties.
All credit card transactions are protected through high-grade encryption and security protocols. We strive to follow good practice at all times.
5.1 Refunds
Should you decide that you no longer wish to donate, or you have made a mistake, you can ask us to refund your donation, which we will be happy to do. You must make this request within 14 days of the original transaction.
